All SoundShield orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and will ship out via UPS Ground taking between 2-5 business days in most U.S. rehions for receipt. Returns
Due to the material build of our product and our efforts to ensure the highest quality and handling possible, we do not accept returns of SoundShield products unless there is a defect and a customer has contacted us to troubleshoot prior to a possible product replacement.
